This website serves as public disclosure required under Section 18004(e) of the CARES Act, Section 314(e) of the CRRSA, and Section (a)(1) and (a)(4) of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) for 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 regarding the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF I, II, & III). 3. As of July 24, 2020, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has disbursed $273,042 to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act. As of March 31, 2022, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has disbursed $273,042 to students under section 314(a)(1) of CRRSA. As of March 31, 2022, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has disbursed $704,016 under section (a)(1) and (a)(4) of the ARP.
Update: As of March 14, 2024, of the $273,042 disbursed to students, $2,400 remained uncashed and were returned to the Department of Education leaving a net amount disbursed to students of $270,642 under section 314(a)(1) of CRRSA. As of March 14, 2024, of the $704,016 disbursed to students, $2,100 remained uncashed and were returned to the Department of Education leaving a net amount disbursed to students of $701,916 under section (a)(1) and (a)(4) of the ARP.

4. For HEERF I, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 estimates that 995 students at the college are eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.

For HEERF II, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 estimates that 867 students at the college are eligible to participate in under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 314(a)(a) of CRRSA.

For HEERF III, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 estimates that 1111 students at the college are eligible to participate in the HEERF III under the ARP.

5. As of July 24, 2020, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has issued disbursements to 933 students who are eligible to receive an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act. As of March 31, 2022, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has issued disbursements to 871 students who were eligible under Section 314 (a)(1) of CRRSA. As of December 20, 2021, 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 has issued disbursements to 1103 students who were eligible under Section (a)(1) and (a)(4) of the ARP.
Update: As of March 14, 2024, 12 of the 871 students who were disbursed funds under Section 314 (a)(1) of CRRSA did not cash their checks and as such the funds were returned to the Department of Education leaving a total of 859 students who were issued disbursements. As of March 14, 2024, 13 of the 1103 students who were disbursed funds under Section (a)(1) and (a)(4) of the ARP did not cash their checks and as such the funds were returned to the Department of Education leaving a total of 1090 students who were issued disbursements.

6. 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 determined that students who were enrolled in degree granting programs of study at the college or in approved study abroad programs and were maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress toward their degree objective on or after March 13, 2020, the date of the President鈥檚 Proclamation, 鈥淒eclaring a National Emergency Concerning the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak,鈥 Federal Register Vol. 85, No. 53 at 15337-38 (hereinafter 鈥淧roclamation of National Emergency鈥) were potentially eligible to receive an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.

a) those individuals it knew to be foreign nationals who were not US permanent residents or other eligible non-citizens under Title IV of HEA;
b) those students in the US without a lawful immigration status; and,
c) those students who did not have a valid social security number on file with the College. (Otherwise eligible students who wish to be considered for a grant who have do not have a valid social security number on file may present a completed W-9 form to the Student Accounts Office).

For HEERF I, grant amounts between $150-$600 were made to students based on if the student filed a FAFSA and the evaluation of the student鈥檚 demonstrated financial need for financial aid. Federal Pell Grant recipients and other students with the highest demonstrated financial need will receive the highest grant amount of $600.

For HEERF II, grant amounts between $150-$750 were made to students based on if the student filed a FAFSA and the evaluation of the student鈥檚 demonstrated financial need for financial aid. Federal Pell Grant recipients and other students with the highest demonstrated financial need will receive the highest grant amount of $750.

Per the Department of Education鈥檚 final rule, 鈥淓ligibility To Receive聽Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students Under HEERF鈥 (May 14, 2021, 86 FR26608) the term 鈥渟tudent,鈥 for purposes of the phrases 鈥済rants to students,鈥 鈥渆mergency financial aid grants to students,鈥 and 鈥渇inancial aid grants to students鈥 as聽used in the HEERF programs, is now defined as any individual who is or was enrolled (as聽defined in 34 CFR 搂 668.2) at an eligible institution (as defined in 34 CFR 搂 600.2) on or聽after March 13, 2020, the date of declaration of the national emergency due to the聽coronavirus (85 FR 15337). Students are no longer required to be eligible for Title聽IV student financial aid in order to receive HEERF grants. For HEERF III, grant amounts between $150 and $2,150 were made to students based on evaluation of the student鈥檚 demonstrated financial need for financial aid, and if the student filed a FAFSA or CSS Profile application while enrolled at 澳门六合彩开奖记录资料.
